وزیر اعظم و صدر متوجہ ہوں

قارئین ہمارے تمام ارباب اختیار جب بیرون ممالک دوروں پر جاتے ہیں تو وہاں پر انکا پاکستانیوں سے ایک ہی مطالبہ ہوتا ہے کہ اوورسیز پاکستانی اپنے ملک پاکستان میں سرمایہ کاری کریں انہیں خصوصی مراعات دی جائیں گی مگر عملی طور پر دیکھا یہ گیا ہے کہ معاملہ اسکے بالکل الٹ ہے، اوورسیز پاکستانی یہاں کے پیچیدہ دفتری ماحول اور کرپٹ لوگوں کے ہاتھوں رُل جاتے ہیں اور آخر بد دل ہو کر واپس مغرب کا رخ کرتے ہیں کیونکہ پاکستانی ماحول میں وہ اپنے آپ کو ایڈجسٹ نہیں کر پاتے قارئین آپکی خدمت میں ایک ایسے ہی پاکستانی کا خط اسکے لفظوں میں پیش خدمت ہے جسکو وطن کی محبت نے یہاں زمیں لینے پر مجبور کیا مگر اس محبت نے اسکی بیوی کی جان لے لی زمین حکومت نے EMAکالج کی توسیع کےلئے ایکوائر کرلی جبکہ موصوف آج بھی CDAمیں داد رسی کےلئے دھکے کھا رہے ہیں موصوف لکھتے ہیں:
DearSheikhMuhammad Asif,In 1977 my wife as an overseas Pakistanis ( teacher) bought a Residential (Sakkni) Plot of 4kanals–15 Marla, in Rawalpindi-Islamabad, to build our own house in our own country Pakistan. In 1983 our Residential (sakkni) plot was acquired by CDA for the extension of EMA College, on the main Peshawar / Rawalpindi Road, Islamabad. Since 1983, that is for last 26 years we have written numerous application to CDA and other Government Institutions for the compensation.Also I have personally visited CDA Offices, several time and have reminded them, to compensate us, but with no result.On 24th April, 2007 once again I personally visited the CDA offices and met all the four responsible officers (listed below) and requested them to deal with my case, and compensate me. However, I am still waiting, as I have been kept waiting for last twenty six years, for their response. I would like to add here that on 4th April, 2002 my wife died, taking her wish to build her home in Pakistan, with her to the grave. I can not understand, how Govt of Pakistan expect Overseas Pakistanis to invest in Pakistan, while some of the Pakistani institutions, have been grind to halt, under corruption and Public Servants and the whole nation have no shame about it.. Under the circumstance, I hope that I can rely on your institution, to help me to get my legitimate right in term of above mentioned compensation. I would like to add that my case is being dealt directly by Mohammud zahid Bahtti, Deputy Director (Land & Rehabilitation), Land Dirctorate, CDA, Islamabad, Pakistan.

میری صدر اور وزیر اعظم پاکستان سے یہ گزارش ہے کہ جبتک وہ سرکاری اور غیر سرکاری اداروں کا ماحول درست کرنے کےلئے آہنی اقدامات نہیں اٹھائیں گے یہ لوگ یوں ہی پاکستان کو بدنام کرتے رہیں گے،آج اوورسیز پاکستانیز کیساتھ وطن میں رہنے والے پاکستانیوں کا بھی یہی مسئلہ ہے کہ پٹورای سے لیکر اوپر تک سب ہی مال پانی بنانے میں لگے ہوئے ہیں مگر لوگوں کے زمینوں کے معاملات برسوں گزر جاتے ہیں مگر حل نہیں ہوتے،وزیر اعظم محمد ارشاد کے کیس کا ذاتی طور پر نوٹس لیں اور معاملے کی مکمل انکوائری کراوئیں تاکہ حقدار کواسکا حق مل جائے۔
